The Next Run of The Great GrandFamilies Project Begins February 4, 2019!
What is a GrandFamily?
A GrandFamily is a particular kind of Kinship Arrangement. Kinships where grandparents are raising grandchildren are the most prevelant. That’s why our program is entitled The Great GrandFamilies Project. However, our support and resources are available to all kinship families.
The GrandFamilies Story
The Great GrandFamilies Project actually has its origin in the work of an amazing lady from West Virginia. The idea was pioneered by her team of dedicated, compassionate people. We built this program on her initial framework and tailored it to meet the need of our community.
Little Village Kids
Little Village Kids Family Care Center is unlike any other childcare center in the world. In nearly a decade, we’ve learned that the ultimate “product” of our business isn’t children. It isn’t education. It’s Families!
The Kinship Navigator Program
The goal of the Kinship Navigator Program is to provide the entire family with support and encouragement. Kinship families are special people with unique needs. The Navigator Program works to help these families grow and thrive.
The BCESC
The Butler County Educational Service Center (BCESC) serves as the central educational and service resource for schools, government agencies, families, children, and the community.
